Melanie Bahti is a post-baccalaureate educational technologist in Educational Technology Services. As a member of the ETS team, she collaborates with faculty, staff, and students on a range of projects. Recently, she has developed and taught workshops on audio editing, and developed a course website, for an anthropology course; coordinated ETS’ annual Tech Talk series; organized logistics for the Blended Learning in the Liberal Arts Conference; and been part of the project team for the College’s Digital Competencies Program. She has also collected and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data in support of planning and assessment for the Digital Competencies and the Teagle courseware development grant, among other projects.

Melanie graduated from Bryn Mawr in 2016 with a major in linguistics. While at Bryn Mawr, she worked as a student consultant in the College’s Teaching and Learning Institute, where she partnered with faculty, helping them analyze and and revise their teaching with an eye towards maximizing engagement and learning.
